It's softball season again, which is always so hit and miss for us. However, this year we have been thrilled to make it to a couple of Mark's earlier softball games! I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw not just one, not just two, but THREE early games this year! We made it the last two weeks, and will be able to get to one in August as well, so we're pretty stoked!
Truthfully, softball games are so up and down for me. I love going with the boys, but then with Mark playing, I'm always super busy keeping tabs on the boys and keeping them out of trouble. They usually will sit like this for approximately 3 minutes before getting into all sorts of trouble haha
All I can say some days is thank GOD for family! When I say these two get up to shenanigans at these games, it's this kind of stuff. Oh, and there have only been two times where Kendrick actually snuck onto the field during the game, so I sort of consider that a win? I'm certainly looking forward to NEXT year, when hopefully these two aren't quite such a handful lol
I'm also so thankful that snacks seem to keep these crazies occupied for maybe 5-10 minutes - a sort of diversion.
Mark pitches most of the time, although at his last game, he actually played 1st base and did a great job!
We have enjoyed visiting with friends and family at the games this year! The Grabers have enjoyed coming out to join us, and Nance brought the kiddos out to the last game.
It has been so fun to watch these little guys grow up before our eyes! HOW have they gotten so big already?
